I was lucky to chance upon Mehmet in my local gym, and I haven’t looked back since then. He has a holistic approach to improving physical and mental strength and well-being. He spends a great deal of time and energy trying to understand how to help you reach your goals and even challenging you to set new ones. Mehmet often motivated me to carry on when I lacked persistence but never made me feel bad if I missed a couple of sessions but energized me to get back on track. During my discussions with him, I also see his thirst for knowledge on all subjects relating to mental and physical well-being, which he then incorporates into classes so they never get stale.

I have been training with Mehmet together with my husband since July’20. Mehmet was highly recommended to us by a colleague of my husband and he has more than lived up to his recommendations. My husband and I are very active and we aim to stay strong and healthy. We’ve both had some injuries during the past years so we have been needing specific and different approach to our training. Through Mehmets good knowledge and understanding of the human anatomy, we have both received individual coaching and exercises adapted to our needs.
